It has kind of become an annual tradition with the kids to make our own gift tags. Last year’s were so fun to make, I didn’t know what we would do this year. Luckily, my Christmas present this year is a Cricut machine (bought on deep discount on Black Friday). So I broke out my gift a wee bit early and cut out these tags really quick (what a time saver!).
Then I let the kids dip cookie cutters in glue and we sprinkled them with glitter. They had a blast. And I didn’t mind the mess too much but…well, let’s just say we’ll probably still be cleaning up glitter next December!
On another note, after the kids cleaned up, they snuck off together and were very quiet. Usually this worries me because a quiet house usually means kids getting into something. But upon searching, I found them cuddled together on Alice’s bed and Alice was reading Lucas a book.
It’s a relief to see them get along once in a while.

Those are the best memories… siblings who are also friends!
